When she’s not working away in the salon or building a new one, Sandra’s down time is filled with travelling, gardening, and cooking. Deciding that hairdressing looked a little more appealing than finishing up school, Sandra began her career in hairdressing. Since then, she has instilled this same drive and work ethic in the 70+ apprentices she has guided over the years.
Despite a breadth of expertise, nothing is quite as good as the perfect cut and colour. Finding the dream look for each client is one of the many rewarding experiences of owning Scruples. Playing to her strengths of leadership and guidance, Sandra has created a business that nurtures each employee and celebrates every client that walks through the door.

If you can’t find her in the salon, you’ll find her in her forest of houseplants. Our wonderful Jess joined Scruples at the ripe age of fifteen! Apparently, we weren’t hiring 12-year-old apprentices, so she was forced to wait a few years.
Another fan of an impeccable cut and colour, Jess especially loves the perfect bob but above all else, loves her amazing clientele.

If she's not at the beach or fishing off her boat, Jaz spends most of her free time playing with her fur babies. Following her completion of her Cert 4, Jaz decided she wanted to do it all! This led to her starting her apprenticeship with Sandra at Scruples.
Jaz is an expert in colouring, cutting and bouncy blow drys, with blondes being a personal favourite. When you ask Jaz what she loves most about her career in addressing, she enjoys "making my clients feel beautiful, happy, special and heard. I love being creative, social and achieving hair goals!".
